My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was beautiful, comfortable, and offered the best view of the sea, but there was a noticeable moldy smell that indicated it needs upgrading. The location, right by the port and sea, was ideal for exploring, but some aspects of the service were a bit of a turn-off.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely and offered both tiny metal balcony views of brick walls as well as magnificent sea views. The bathroom was fantastic, and the restaurant's balcony provided a great view of the beach road. The service was exceptional and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the boat from Portofino and a serene stroll along the seafront. Although the dining experience was good with a nice variety of food and stunning beach views, there could have been more options for the money.

The rooms were renovated and had a great bathroom. They offered both a tiny balcony overlooking air conditioning and brick walls, as well as a balcony with a sea view.

The hotel's location was excellent, right by the seafront and opposite the Portofino and Santa Margherita ferry boat dock. It was perfect for enjoying a peaceful stroll along the promenade and exploring the old town and shopping area.

The dining experience was delightful with a lavish assortment of classic morning fare, freshly baked croissants, and delicious espresso coffee. The view of the beach added to the atmosphere, but more choices for the money would have been appreciated.
